Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to set the disco up?

Setup takes a average of  30 to 60 minutes depending on location of setup distance from our vehicle, But we will arrive at the venue 1 hour prior to start time to allow time to set up ready. 

please make us aware if the venue is not on the ground floor when booking.

Can guests of the event make song requests?

Yes requests can be made as long as the song is appropriate for the audience and in keeping with the event themes etc.  also if the signal is in a good area we can also use our request a song via scanning a QR code feature. 

how many plugs for power does the disco need?

For a basic setup a minimum of 2 plugs no further than 5 meters away from the intended setup area. 

For larger venues where more equipment is need then a minimum of 4 power sockets will be needed 

how much space does the disco need?

A minimum space of 15ft will be need for a basic setup 

can i give a playlist for the event?

Yes playlists are very helpful so the DJ knows what type of taste and style of disco you would be requiring. a maximum list of 20 songs is plenty for the DJ to know what you like and the DJ will work with your list and read the audience to adjust the list to suit. 

for weddings. a 1st dance and any other special songs will be required.

plus a more in depth form is supplied online for you to add your songs prior to the wedding day.

please make sure all lists are forwarded to the DJ a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. 

what areas do you cover?

All of North and Mid Wales Merseyside Cheshire Shropshire all other areas can be arranged when booking is made.
